It's an ex-council flat right next to Shoreditch Park. Wooden floor throughout, airy and clean.

We are a British ceramicist/modelmaker & Japanese translator couple.
You will share a kitchen and a bathroom with us & another new tenant.
(Sorry, there is no living room)

The nearest station is Old Street (about 7-min walk)
There is a bus stop very close to the flat (No.s 149, 242, 67, 243, 55)
Very close to Hoxton Square, Geffrye Museum, etc. 10-min walk to Angel.

Countil tax, TV license fee, water, gas and electricity bills are all included, but when utility expenses became very high, we might ask you
a small donation. You can have the Internet access at an extra cost
(e.g. we use our own wireless broadband from 3 mobile at £15/month)

It's a 2 story flat, so it would be suitable for a person who needs quiet and privacy.
